i agree the service usually sucks. but once in awhile you get that rare cute girl to take care of ya. anyway, check them out happy hour for the wings and cheap ass beer. to be more specific, their Golden wings, medium flave (with side of xtra-hot if u dare), and $3 huge mugs. this deal is similar on monday and thursday nights-cheap wings and beer. great deal, hell ya!

Stay Away
Terrible service. Servers act as if they are too good to serve you. Went there for a month every weekend and nothing changed. Had to sit and wait 25 min. before finally the owner came over and took my order.
Poor selection of beer on tap. Food is Mediocre for the price.

Crap Service Good Drinks Specials
Every time we go to this bar the service is TERRIBLE. We actually had a waitress ask us why we didn"t give her a larger tip. We gave 10% because we had to get our own drinks mostly and it wasn"t even busy. Terrible service by bartenders and wait staff. Terrible attitudes also. GOOD SIDE: Huge beers for cheap prices. Food is okay. Greasy bar stuff. Bad pizza. Good onion rings. Good Luck!

NOTHING SPECIAL
WELL IF YOU CAN GET PAST THE FEMALE BARTENDERS WHEN THEY ARE ACTUALLY AT THE BAR, YOU MAY GET A DRINK.
THE FOOD IS GOOD, TYPICAL BAR FOOD, BUT WHAT DOES ONE EXPECT FROM A BAR IN THE FIRST PLACE.
THE BIGGEST DOWNFALL IS HOW MUCH THE FEMALE BARTENDERS COULD MAKE IF THEY JUST STUCK AROUND THE BAR.

Poor Service
The bar tender was so rude and unfriendly it was actually funny. She acted if I was bothering her and stepped out for about 20 minutes for unknown reasons. It is so close to my house but I"m scared to go there again and get treated like trash. SNOB CITY

Zipps was terrible all the way around. The food is O.K., but the service was terrible. I will never go there again.

Poor Customer Service
I was there on Sunday to watch the Super Bowl with 20 friends of mine and I have never received poorer service in my life. The bar mgmt was completely unreasonable about reserving seats for additional people that later came. Also they fabricated a story about us being "unruly" and later called the police to have us thrown out. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life and I have 20 other people that will tell you the same. It is a shame b/c I have been going to Zipps for years and agree that they have good food and atmosphere. But BAD customer service can ruin all of that in an instant

Zipps off Via Ventura
Good place for football - Mostly a local crowd. It is kind of small, but it does have 4 pool tables and 2 dart boards. Bud light taps are about $4
