Great looking Bad experience
Place looks great, but the staff is rude and the owner is a jerk. No one likes him. I f you find one let me know.

Not that good
I went here after the recent Ravens loss to Tenn in the playoffs. Having been here before for lunch several times I thought it would be a good place to get a couple of Guinnesses and a crabcake on a Saturday night.
The food was awful. Three of us had crabcakes. Upon serving us the waiter then ignored us for about 10 minutes. My wife wanted mayo for the sandwich. By the time she got the mayo, the meal was cold. All three of us who had the crabcakes are Marylanders and all of us thought the cake was fishy. Maybe just a bad batch? Who knows.
The lollipop lamb starter was uninspiring and overcooked. The onion petals were OK.
Draught Guinness was good, bartender upstairs at the "non-tap" bar needs to attend to his customers rather than yucking it up with his buddies. He was pretty rude.
All in all a disappointing evening. $100 for blah food and crappy service.

Not the best of the bunch
Claddagh's has a great atmosphere for drinking and is usually packed on the weekends. The people that work there need a little personality and manners. My friends and I were there for dinner one night and were asked to leave the table (by a manager) about 5 minutes after our check came, not very good for your business. :(

Top 'o the mornin' to ya
Ah what a good corned beef on rye sandwich! And a nice, imperfectly poured black and tan to go along with it. A pretty decent lunch crowd. A clean place and a historic location. Good jazz played at lunch. We'll take happy hour.net there when they come to visit. Along with several other fine places. Am I 13 yrs old?
