Beer and a Movie
Love it! Great decor. Great place before a movie at The Charles and then again to talk about the film after. Decent music during the week, loud enough to hear but not intrude on conversation.

Boho Chic
What can I say? Anyone in Baltimore who wants to see and be seen should saunter down to the Club Charles. Some nights you may see local celebrities. Although the drinks are a bit pricey, the atmosphere is elegantly pretentious and the bartenders are beautiful in a gothic/indie rock kinda way! Its all nicely dark and red and real spooky cool! A great place to start the night or end it!

The most haunted bar in the entire world.
With it's spooky red-velvet atmosphere and the fact that, spectaclarly, it's reportedly built on the epicentre of the Rutters graveyard, the Club Charles is a wonderfully eere location, like the bar from the Shining if it had an indie jukebox. On free play.
The drinks are cheap and I love being here, even if the nieghbourhood is a little shady, but I wouldn't want to be the one to close up.
