Its changed
The atmosphere has changed at Dugans in the past few years. The wings are still small but tey have a big flavor. The atmosphere provides a mixed crowd and a jukebox with a variety of songs. It still gets pretty crowded. But its the nastalgia that keeps me coming back.

GOOD LOCATION, BAD WINGS
THIS IS LARGE BAR IN BETWEEN V.A. HIGHLANDS AND MIDTOWN ON PONCE. IT CATERS TO MOSTLY AN AFRICAN AMERICAN CLIENTELE. THE FRIED FOOD IS GOOD, BUT THE WINGS ARE OVERPRICED, SMALL, AND NO DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE. THE BAR IS NICE WITH LOTS OF TV'S TUNED TO SPORTS ON THE WEEKENDS AND A HUGE DECK, BUT LATE NIGHT ON WEEKENDS YOU'RE SURE TO SEE MORE THAN ONE POLICE CAR OUT FRONT BECAUSE OF TROUBLE.
