Cleanliness is a problem. Basically just a dark smokey bar - I wouldn't order food there! I'm nervous to even order a beer. Music sucked - overall bad atmosphere.

Never left alone!
Every time I have been to Spankees, I end up hookin' up with some total hottie! Girls...this is THE place to go if you want the hook up or even to meet nice guys! I LOVED it!

Fun, Fun, Fun
I found out about this place about 2 years ago right after they moved to the current location. It a fun place to just mingle,dance and have a good time and you definitely will not go home alone. The place does get crowded on Friday and Saturday at about 11:30 which usually means long lines for the one restroom. Lots of Big Women with great attitudes and fun.

Alzheimers Strikes Bar!
They clearly have forgotten what built their business - or perhaps they no longer care. Though the bar has moved and has nicer carpet, the atmosphere has declined from "fun" to downright disturbing. If you're a regular, you'll enjoy yourself, but most will have trouble staying long enough to fill an evening, much less become a regular. Lowest Common Denominator is a step above what this bar has become. Imagine if you will, the Playboy Mansion in The Twilight Zone. Save your time and your money - just poke a nail in your eye for a better time than you will find here.

could be a lot better
i have gone to spankees off and on since it opened. I am sad to report that the last several times I have been there the music sucks- unless you love hard core urban rap--, the people are not exactly upper crust and the bathrooms are really horrible. I would love to find another over 21 only place to go dance and meet nice down to earth people who like to have fun that is not a swingers bar. This could be a fun place again if they would stop catering to the trashy people and get back to what they started years ago.
